Turn a display into a conversation with the shopper.

A low-fidelity, click-through wireframe of the proposed product. A shopper standing at an in-store display scans a QR code, answers ten quick questions in exchange for an offer, and the brand watches real shopper intelligence build up live, with the open-text answers summarised by AI. This is a sign-off artifact about what the product does, not how it looks. Greys, boxes, and placeholders are deliberate.

Read me first This is the "pull" side of Indigo Intelligence: instead of pushing a message at the shopper, the display pulls insight back. The hook is an offer or coupon; the payoff for the brand is profiled, real-time answers from people standing in front of their product. Built on one concrete example so it feels real: a hair-care campaign targeting 25,000 scans, with 8,412 in so far. Click the three screens below in order, or use the nav above.

Shopper survey

The shopper scans the QR on the display with a normal phone, no app, and answers ten short questions to unlock an offer. Trimmed from the fifteen-question draft so it stays under two minutes at the shelf.

The whole campaign at a glance: NPS, satisfaction, who is answering and from where, what pulled them to the display, and the AI-summarised top five things shoppers wrote in their own words.
